This weather is crazy. It has been pouring rain since last night and it's really cold and windy. And there is some snow mixed in with it. My mom lives 15 minutes away and she's had all snow. Kids, I won't be waiting on the bus stop today. Luckily it's at the corner.

Catholic school isn't what it use to be. These kids today have absolutely NO respect for their teachers and people in charge. The last time I checked , talking back to a teacher, cursing, throwing things at them, and giving attitude were disrespectful. The kids obviously get no discipline at home (or it's not enforced). They come to school and disrupt the whole class and that puts them behind in their work. And those are the parents that say "No, not my kid". YES it is your kid. I know our catholic school teachers do not earn much and you could argue "Why dont they work at the public school?" And they could but they want to teach catholic school. I say 'Bring back the nuns with the rulers.' (like my parents had).

The recital was great. My kids did a great job. My number went smoothly too. One thing that did disappoint me was some of the people in the audience must have thought that they were at the baseball game or movies because they left their trash all over the place. It was 'no eating' in the theater. Where's the common sense? and courtesy? Some of the parents I would like to slap silly. Ok I'm done venting. Have a great weekend.
